Prior to joining The LileKuhl Group LLC, Ms. Lile-Kuhl was the Product Director for Budget & Financial Reporting (formerly known as Healthcare Insights (HCI) at Premier Inc. This planning solution included Long Term Financial Planning and Capital Budget. Lynn held Software Implementation Consulting positions with Kaufman Hall, Budget Advisor, Axiom Budgeting & Performance Reporting and Oracle, Hyperion Planning and Reporting, internal consultant and implementation lead for Strata Jazz, Budgeting, Capital, Long Range Planning, Costing & Contract Modeling. Lynn has also held leadership positions in Managed Care Contracting Analytics and Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) at Wake Forest Baptist Health System in Winston Salem, NC, Director of Finance at All Saint, Wheaton Franciscan Health System Racine, WI, FP&A Manager at Wellpoint/Anthem, within the national insurance product line, Unicare and the Medicare and Medicaid fiscal intermediary division, National Government Services, as well as Sr. Accountant at Health Centers of San Diego, community healthcare providers. She’s also had internal and external experience in Enterprise Resource Planning implementations, has served as an independent consultant to other healthcare organizations, in interim Director of FP&A roles, assisting with financial turnarounds and performance improvement initiatives using Budget Advisor, Hospital Advisor®, numerous healthcare decision support, E.H.R and accounting systems.

 

Lynn holds an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance, from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, as well as a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
